4.2 Seal-Broken Items: No refunds will be issued for items where the seal has been broken. This
policy is in place to ensure the integrity of the product.
4.3 Custom PC Products: Refunds are not available for custom PC products. Custom PC products are
built to specific customer specifications and cannot be returned or refunded.
4.4 Return Process: To request a return or refund for eligible products, please contact our customer

must be in their original packaging and condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs
unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part.
