10-Year Lifetime Service Warranty
1. Warranty Coverage
Our shop offers a 10-year lifetime service warranty on all gaming CPU builds and full PC builds for customers who pay an additional fee of ₹1999+GST at the time of purchase. This warranty covers all SERVICE CHARGES for any manufacturing defects and performance issues related to the components installed in the build.

2. Duration
The lifetime service warranty is valid for 10 years from the date of purchase and is non-transferable. It applies only to the original purchaser or the person with possession of the original purchase bill.

3. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

 Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
Damage caused by environmental factors such as water, fire, or electrical surges.
Wear and tear on consumable components (e.g., thermal paste, fans).
 Issues arising from third-party software or hardware not installed by our shop.

4. Service Process
To initiate a warranty service, the customer must:

* Provide proof of purchase and the warranty fee payment.
* Contact our support team to describe the issue.
* Return the affected unit to our shop for assessment and repair.

5. Warranty Limitation
While we strive to provide exceptional service, we cannot guarantee that all issues can be resolved. In such cases, we reserve the right to determine whether to replace or repair the affected components at our discretion.

6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the 10-year lifetime service warranty at any time, but such changes will not affect warranties already in place for products purchased prior to the modification.
